LPG heating system upgrade suggestions

Two years ago we bought a 4bed semi with LPG heating system. We're thinking of having it upgraded but we're clueless about what to ask about.

The house is 13 years old and currently has a Vokera Mynute 16e gas boiler heating 9 rads. Would it make sense to replace it with a new condensing boiler? We'd like to get one where you can choose to heat water or rads. Also, we'd like to have zoned heating (we've got a non-boiler stove in the sitting room that basically covers the downstairs) and water pumps installed because the water pressure is simply horrible.

Is there an option to get rid of the water cylinder from the hot press? If so what are the alternatives? Are all water systems in Ireland gravity based ones? Is there a chance to remove the tank from the attic?

Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you could suggest what you'd do so that I know what to look quotes for when ringing local traders.

    Thanks
