Renewable Energy / heating Systems where top start when choosing

    Hi All,
    Apologies if this has been covered already. I will undertaking a self build in next few months and dont no where to start about picking heating system such as rads,oil, underfloor etc. And renewable aspect light solar panels etc. Would it be possible to help me with starting point .

    the starting point is to get your engineer to crunch the numbers through the DEAP software to show you which combinations of heating and renewable s comply with part L of the building regulations for your house
