I had to send my Galaxy s8 to the UK to be repaired. I sent it via registered mail with An Post on 03/08/17. It left Dublin on the 04/08/17 at 05:17. The tracking stops after that.

I also tried tracking with the same number on the ROyal Mail website but nothing shows up.

I rang An Post on Wednesday. The Lady checked the Tracking number and said it arrived in the UK on Sat morn and should go out for delivery soon.

I rang Royal Mail this morning and they have no record of the parcel and sometimes it can take up to 20 business days to enter the system. I rang back An Post today and they said "It should go out for delivery soon"

Has anyone had an experience like this before?

My phone was insured and the screen became cracked so it was sent for repair. If it goes missing with a 3rd party the insurance company wont pay out. The max value I could insure it for was €350 with an post. So if it has gone missing im down a few €100 to replace the phone. Im really starting to worry now.
