Light in the box, bridesmaid dress

Hi all I've fallen in love with bridesmaid dresses but they were off light in the box. Has anyone bought from these or does anyone know the original designer as I cannot find it!?

I hadn't a great experience with Light in the box to be honest. I ordered a celebrity inspired dress and while it did look exactly like the picture, the sizing and quality was awful.
The zip broke while trying on the dress and although I ordered according to the size guide and measurements, it was far too big - I could've wrapped it round myself twice!!! Plus some of the seams on the dress weren't even sewn together properly and the material was of very poor quality too.
But the biggest problems began when I tried to return it. I sent them photos of the issues and they said to return it by registered post using a special returns authorisation form. It took many weeks and a lot of emails to finally get them to send me this form and then as many more wèeks and more angry emails before i eventually got my money back.
Now I can only tell you my story with them, maybe others had a better experience but I definitely wouldn't recommend them anyway.

Thank you so much for replying. I imagined it would be like that to be honest and that is why I'm wondering if I'm waisting my time my sister's wedding dress was from there and she had no problems. I wish I could find the original designer but can't seem to. Otherwise I'd just order from them I guess it's a risk but is it a risk worth taking is the question.

It looks like that website has just taken the picture from another website, and I imagine the dress you'd get would not be of the same quality. I found it on two German websites for a much higher price, which I imagine is the original.

Dial Hard

I've bought from Light in the Box twice and was delighted both times. Had to get one dress taken up and the other taken in and both times the seamstress commented on the quality of them.

I found a dress I really like on that website, but the customer reviews suggest the quality is hit and miss. I'm still undecided about whether to try it.

I've read through lots of reviews and it seems that the best hope is to order dresses that are not too complicated.

I'm looking at a wedding dress and haven't seen anything like it anywhere else.

You might like some of the dresses on Chotronette as well, it has a similar look to the dress you like and is pretty affordable as well!

There was one I loved more on this site and tried to order them. Unfortunately they did not have the material the fire they cannot make it. Absolutely heart broken

Have a similar query. Have a friend with her heart set on a dress from light in the box. It's coming up at 20euro and I'm very dubious. Is that including tax? It's for a graduation . How long does delivery take?
