I'm obviously thick but can someone explain to me how this guy is back show jumping.

Just notice it on the telly and your man's name is up there.
Didn't he drug his horse years ago to get a medal.
    Isn't he a cheat.

And now there's youngsters on. What kind of example is he to them. Is cheating cool now.

How do you know he drugged the horse?

I'd be very careful throwing wild accusations like that around.

    I asked a question.
Wasn't he stripped of a medal for this then.

I think they argued that his horse licked another horse in the stable and that's how the banned substance got into the horse's system.

Surprised the Russian athletes haven't used that one. Weren't there reports that the London Olympic Village was a big Tinder lovefest?

If you're going to call someone a cheat you should at least have your facts straight. The drugs were administered by a vet treating a leg injury on the horse, not by O'Connor. The FEI also accepted that there was no deliberate attempt to enhance the horse's performance by using the drug in question. So while the horse failed the test and O'Connor had to be stripped of his medal and banned as a result, I think careless rather than cheat is the more appropriate adjective to use for him.

The shady part was when the lab holding the samples was broken into and the horses b samples disappeared.

Were the files not stolen in one incident from an office here, and the sample stolen separately when being delivered by a courier to a Lab in the UK?

It should be said Cian O'Connor was not charged with either. And we can safely say it wasn't the horse.
