iPod Nano - FM Radio - need wifi?

Hi, Does anyone know for iPod nanos, if you are using the fm radio do you need wifi? I wanted to get a portable device that has a fm radio and doesn't need wifi to work the radio. Thanks

An FM radio will not need WiFi, it will need the headphones plugged in to act as an antenna.
AFAIK the iPod does not have an FM Radio built in, it can access Internet Radio stations though.

Edit: It seems the 5th gen and up Nano has a built in FM Tuner.
