Just wondering what people think are the best outlets for GAA news coverage etc

Also why do you think they are the best/worst? What makes for a good news source?

I generally enjoy reading articles on the 42.ie. Some stuff can be quite repetitive and their live updates a little slow but generally good for team news or stand alone articles and insight. I know it may sound weird but I also enjoy reading other peoples comments on the article, sometimes nearly more than the article itself!

I follow the Sunday game on Facebook and the are good for providing clips of certain moments in a match, interviews with players and insights from the Sunday game panel.

Hogan stand is another site that's good for country wide hurling and football coverage.

Pundit Arena GAA, generally decent but titles can be very click baity at times. Their articles are generally very short and are a little out there (my view is that they try and get people who read them into debates almost!) Can be decent with clips but I'm not a fan of their podcast, it's a little unpolished or something.

I know he's not everyones cup of tea but Buff Egan on Snapchat provides great updates of matches (goes to all the main hurling games) and he is a bit of fun in between that.

Balls.ie do some decent gaa coverage also, they have some good guests on like Paul Flynn/Paul Murphy/Shane Dowling the other day.

Benchwarmers, more concerned with English soccer and I don't generally find them good.
