    Looking for a giant contact slr stem,have a 100 mm on my bike,but a bit too long for me,willing to swap if suits!

    If by "60mm at least" you mean you need to drop at least as far as 60mm if not shorter, I think you're going to have to look for an alternative make/model as the Giant site suggests 70mm is the shortest they make. The Connect or Contact (not SL or SLR) look like they have a 60mm option though.

    Thanks cython,I need a 60 mm stem ,would the stem you suggested be compatible?

    It looks like your current stem is for a 1 1/4" steerer (1 1/8" is more common) so unless you have a shim around the steerer as well then you're pretty restricted in what you can use. https://www.giant-bicycles.com/gb/giant-contact-stem--includes-shim-for-1-1-8-fork- looks like it might cater for what you need though. the Connect stem does not explicitly state steerer size, which makes me think it's the more standard of 1 1/8", but again I can't say for certain.
