Names on the bill

There are 3 persons living in one appartment and each needs their own proof of address. If the maximum is 2 names per bill , how can the 3rd person have his own bill ? Thanks very much.

Are there any other bills that their name can be added to? Cable TV, gas, etc.

If you just want proof of address, are you registered with Revenue or social welfare?

If there is another bill in their name, such as phone, television, broadband, this can be accepted as proof of address also.
