Reparing Dado Rails

Hi there, Removed wallpaper around dado rails and it has chipped back some of the rails, and their paint. Just wondering has anyone any tips on easy repair? I was going to re-paint, but there will be some small chunks missing. Also, should i caulk around the top and bottom? It's flush against the wall but thought it may…

Hi there,

Removed wallpaper around dado rails and it has chipped back some of the rails, and their paint. Just wondering has anyone any tips on easy repair?

I was going to re-paint, but there will be some small chunks missing. Also, should i caulk around the top and bottom? It's flush against the wall but thought it may give a better finish for painting

Ya would definitely caulk tonight and bottom edge

You could update also use caulk to fill the odd gap before painting
