    Hi all,

I'm hoping to get some advice on an issue that has happening my laptop over the past month or so. Basically, there is a flickering on the screen but Im not sure how drastic the damage is. Not sure how to diagnose the problem really or what needs to be done to resolve it. Laptop is 3 years old. Ideally wouldnt look to replace for a few years yet, but if this issue cant be fixed cheaply, it could change things.

Anyway, I hope the brains on here can diagnose what is wrong and just how easy it would be to fix. I would be pretty ok with opening the laptop (have replaced RAM, HD, keyboards in the past) but not sure with the screen.

I find it hard to describe the issue, and it works fine eventually when I move the screen into a certain position, but its something that I have to do more and more and feel better off fixing it.

I've taken a video of the experience.

All advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.

Happened mine with a toshiba. The wires were lose where the screen connects the keyboard or something like that. We did get it fixed but my stupid husbnd kept carrying it around by the keyboard while the laptop was open and damaged it again... we gave up then and bought a new one after that.... not the laptops fault was the fault of my husband
