Making chimney wider to fit free-standing Clearview stove

HI all! after opening the chimney which was closed off by the wall we finally are at the stage where we want to get stove in, love the idea of free-standing stove and decided for the Clearview stove.

After first visit by Clearview guy, he advised that the opening is not wide enough to fit any of free-standing stoves and we will have to do major works or get inset stove instead.

So the question is- does anybody know what the major works are, how much would it cost, what is included or anybody who could do the works/ does this kind of work? I asked my builder but didn't hear back so far ...

The info from Clearview guys is following:
You will need to all 150mm either side of the stove and 300mm above if you are going for a freestanding stove, with 100mm clearance off the back wall if possible.

Current opening is 56cm wide with wall on each of the side being 23 cm wide.

Can anybody advise? Picture of current opening attached, appreciate any advise.

    Thanks
