New Build

    I am starting a new build in 2 weeks and plan is to connect to the mains I completed my application 2 weeks ago and I was told today that it would be 4-6 weeks to hear from irish water. My question is can I commence building without receiving the letter of connection from Irish Water.

    As every New Connection application differs, the response you receive in terms of the feasibility and costs of your proposed connection may have an impact on your current building plans.

    As such, pending a confirmation of this necessary information, we cannot advise you as to whether you should proceed with building works. If you choose to do so it would be at your own discretion.
