Higher capitation?

hi all, i have been working in childcare for 7 years, my qualification is valid for room leader but not higher capitation, but where i am working now i receive higher capitation, im looking to change jobs, and was wondering does anyone know what i will have to do to get higher capitation, or will i still get it?
