I got diagnosed with depression a couple of years ago, seemingly I've had it since childhood. I was on venlafaxine for over a year but I had no energy to do anything so I went to the doctor & got bloods done which were all clear. He then put me on duloxetine but i still have no energy. I know people will say to go for walks or run but they problem is I have what the doctor describes as deformed feet which has caused me to have weak ankles. The missus got me a puppy for me to go for walks with but because of my feet I am always conscious of walking whether I will twist my ankle on uneven terrain. Even doing work around the house is a struggle. I dont know what to do

Could you bring your partner or someone else with you when you walk the puppy. Just having someone with you might take away the fear of falling and being out and about with company may make you feel better in general.

I have Anxiety and depression myself and going for daily walks does help me a lot but it is different for everyone. Sadly there is no one size fits all. Hope you find a solution and best of luck:)!
