Is this true? I'm trying to get a Samsung Galaxy S8 blacklisted at the moment but it's in UK and do you guys think it'll be blacklisted in Ireland aswell?

I always thought it was country specific.

The official ones are national but the networks can span regions.

So you block with Vodafone in the UK say, ALL UK operators + ALL Vodafone subsidiaries may block it, but not 3 IE for example.
