Social housing query

    Hi,

    We're in social housing, however our income may climb 5-7k above the income cap (37.5k net) shortly. Are we in danger of losing our SH lease if the cap is breached or do we simply pay more rent?

    You will pay a higher differential rent,

    If your Actually in social housing ,

    *if your on the housing list you could be removed as you's combined earnings could put you over the limit for social housing and likely to be removed from the list ,*
