€100 cashback never received

    I joined Eir on the Complete Broadband, Phone & 4G Mobile bundle on April 3rd and as part of this offer was due to get a €100 cashback presumably credited to my account.

    I called up Eir about this twice and despite someone promising to call me back they never did.

    I want to get this resolved and get the €100 paid as soon as possible.
