Don't need money or solicitor! Call your local district court office and explain situation and they will get you before a judge asap for an interim barring order with a date for a full barring order hearing. The clerk will explain it all, they can be very helpful!

Best of luck with it. Also, if the judge grants the interim barring order ask him/her to get the Gardai to serve on the respondent, they'll also ensure he leaves the property immediately!

    Take care!

Would www.flac.ie help with a case like this?

AFAIK free legal aid is applicable for domestic violence matters so its possible that the op can obtain some assistance from them, however, its not absolutely necessary to have a solicitor to make the initial interim barring application.
