    Hi

If I buy VANGUARD S&P 500 ETF on De Giro, say 1000 euro worth and then start to buy amounts each month depending on how much I can afford; and do this over the long run say 20yrs, if and when I decide to withdrawn some or all, what taxs or charges become applicable

    Thanks

    Hi,
I'm a relative novice when it comes to investing so please go easy. I am trying to buy Vanguard S&P 500 ETFs with De Giro. The problem is that I just can't work out how to make the purchase on the site. Can anyone walk me through this?
I'm not a total tech idiot but just cant work out their interface.
    Thanks in advance,
    Luko

    Hi,
I have been with De Giro for a little while. All going relatively well although the plummeting dollar has hit me of late.
I have the possibility of moving abroad for work, if I do so I will be paid into my Irish bank ac. Do I need to close my Irish De Giro account if I revert to non-resident status? I really don't want to deal with the regulatory authorities where Im going.
    Thanks in advance,
    Luko
