What grants are we entitled to?

Currently renovating a 1930s bungalow and adding a large extension to the rear. We are running it via direct labour so don't have an architect engaged (only involved up to planning stage) to advise on grants etc. We are considering external insulation on the side and rear of the bungalow (didn't specify it in planning so don't think we can do it on the front without issue), and adding an air-to-water heat pump, mechanical heat recovery and ventilation, and underfloor heating.

I've seen mention on a few different threads on different grants or VAT reimbursements we may be entitled to (alas, seems Super Homes is only in Tipp so not for us in Dublin yet), but wanted to get advice on what grants we should be looking at as possible applicable for our scenario.

We're looking at hiring a passive house consultant to do PHPP analysis and advise us on insulation, thermal bridging, air tightness junction details etc. so they may be able to advise, but until then (would love suggestions here or via PM) wanted to get a feel for what we should be looking at. Thanks
