    Thanks OP. Mine is top up by £70 to get an extra £5, so it must vary - maybe depends on previous spend?

    Didn't contact me either and I qualified for the 5/70 offer. Seems to be a bit hit and miss for people - luck of the draw.

    I tried it and it didn't offer me the discount.

    Afterwards I decided to change my password since I was on the site anyway and hadn't changed my password in ages.
    Went back in and the offer was there.
    Result.
