    Hello,
Is an unrealised gain on revaluation posted to other comprehensive income and accumulated in equity, actually liable to tax?
I know if the asset is sold the gain becomes taxable.

    No,

Capital gains tax is only liable upon disposal or selling or transferring of an asset
