Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Has anyone tried this type of meditation? I have been offered a corse for €600, is this a scam?

    Yes. I learnt it over 24 years ago. Its the best investment I ever took. You will gain the benefits in a matter of days or weeks.

    You will have it for the rest of your life.

    €600 is like 300 coffees over a year.

    Can you please summarise what it is? how it is different than traditional meditation and the evidence to support it?
