I'm working in a bar in a hotel since May. I still haven't been given a contract. Often work without getting a break but they automatically take a half hour off your pay regardless of if you've taken a break or not. I have also been on lock up where I didnt clock out until 4am but was back in doing 9am to 6pm the next day…

Also get paid under minimum wage.

Yes, plenty of laws around this, and they're breaking several of them. Join a union, such as Mandate. They'll support you in getting treated properly.
