Legality of magic mushroom spore prints

    Does anybody here know if magic mushroom spore prints are still legal to buy online and import into Ireland?
    Any help is appreciated.

    You will see that the legislation also controls esters of psilosin. Therefore, psilocybin is also a controlled substance.

    So if the spores contain psilocybin or psilocin, they are illegal.

    I'm no botanist but apparently the wikipedia article on psilocybin states that the spores do not contain psilocybin or psilocin.

    So you have the law on the subject but it's safer to ascertain the facts regarding psilcybin/psilosin content for yourself.

    I have read articles that also states that spores don't contain psilocybin or psilocin. This means it is legal to buy them for sure?

    We can't give legal advice here, I'm afraid. Boards.ie rules don't allow it.

    However, the law is above, if you want to extrapolate what you need.
