2012 3 series or A4, sub 100k mileage and diesel

    Looking to get something in the above line, would consider Lexus as well, looking for leather and sat nav. What price should I be looking at? Can anyone recommend a dealer? What issues should I be looking out for. I've a POS 2004 Leon with a few dings but low mileage and well looked after to trade as well, should I just get rid of that and go for a straight sale? Would be buying cash, max 14k budget.


    I know all that's a lot, any advice would be appreciated, just a bit nervous about buying a lemon/getting ripped. Any advice on warranty?

    A 13 year old Leon is worth nothing to a dealer so take it out of the equation. Lexus IS diesel is a no no, terrible and not very reliable engine.

    Look at the VW CC too, should be able to pick up a higher spec one for similar or less money than a 3 Series or A4. Consider going to the UK for one too.

    Yeah, I'm aware with the Leon, just want to get rid of it at this point. How is best to go about looking in the UK? Any sites you'd recommend?

    autotrader is the main website used in the UK.

    Also there is a thread about importing from the UK here, I know it's hundreds of pages thick but most of that is just the same questions asked over and over again. Just have a look at the more recent pages in it for information:
