    Hi uberwolf,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Still one of the best programmes on Television. Winter is coming for sure but series 1-6 of Game of Thrones has recently left On Demand and even Tyrion Lannister doesn't know when it will return. Rest assured, once we have a date for it's return we will be informing all our customers.

    Thanks,

    Brian

Key in game of thrones in search option when you're on box set page.

Game of Thrones Seasons 1-6 was on Sky On Demand...but only until 31st July. It's gone now unfortunately, but will probably be back in a few months.

AH sugar. I remember having a browse a few weeks ago and seen it. Should have just downloaded them there and then.

Where do you get sky "on demand "

On my menu, can only see "sky box sets " and "sky store"

    Hi,

Via sky and box sets, I downloaded all of season 6 of game of thrones.

I notice it says the following in the box sets section:

" expires from on demand Wed 16 Aug 2017"

Fair enough. I have all the episodes downloaded to my sky box.
Does this mean they are permanently stored on my sky box hard drive ??

    OR

will they maybe disappear after Wed 16 Aug?

    Sugar. Right.
Have you first hand experience ?

I thought once they were on the hard drive of the box, you would just have them

They'll be gone. A boring Winter is coming.

 Ask a question on boards, get the wrong answer.

They will be deleted from the on-demand service on the date given, all available downloads have an expiry date given, this is when they will no longer be available to download NOT when already downloaded programmes will disappear from your sky+ box..

Highlight a downloaded programme in the planner section and press the >i< button, it will show the date it was downloaded and file size. If it is set to auto-delete a notification of the date of deletion will also be there, if there is no notice here it will stay on your box indefinitely.

The auto-delete function is not used much, the vast majority of downloads will not expire from your sky+ box.
