Lanzarote or Tenerife Oct/Nov

We are thinking of heading to either Tenerife or Lanzarote for a week late October or start of November. 6 girls between early 20s to mid 30s. Which would be warmer and most suitable for age group at this time of year. We enjoy our nights out but like to be close to beach also. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated…
