Household benefit package

    Hello,

I am on Invalidity pension and believe I am eligible for Household benefit package. I am 32, live with my young daughters who are in school, and my husband who works (and earns more than 400€/month).

Under the eligibility rules for Household benefit package, it is said that I can live with the "Excepted people" and still qualify. My daugthers, as they are dependant on me and in full time education qualify as "Excepted people", but my husband does not.

I am confused as to whether I am eligible to apply for the Household Benefit package.

    Thank you for any advice

You can always apply for it and see what happens but if he isn't on the list you aren't eligible to claim it.

"You may qualify for the Household Benefits Package if you meet one of the following conditions and live alone or only with excepted people ........"

As you live with your husband and he's working, you don't live "only with excepted people", so your application will be refused.
