    Hi

I know my property title deeds state things like no business can be conducted from premises and s second dwelling can't be built from Tom there.... I forget wording...

But next door neighbour now building a second house in back garden & it's seriously affecting in lots of ways that I am mentioning in letter to planning. But does the fact it's in title documents that a second dwelling is not allowed.... is that something I should mention to in letter to planning? Does it make a difference?

    Thanks

Just guessing here but I'd imagine the council check who owns the land that an application applies to, can't imagine they would read through the title document itself.

Is it you building or your neighbour?

It's neighbour but our houses built in 1950's by same builder so we have same rutile d eds. and they specifically say no second dwellings allowed..., is that relevant to planning? I want to object.... is this a reason to state in objection? I am clueless!!

    Thanks

that is written on your title!

If it written on his it is defo worth mentioning

could he have had his subsequently amended?

I'd get onto a solicitor or someone with good legal knowledge
