I'm 26 living with parents and I'm an electrician so I get 45k basic a year, would I be entitled to get on the hap scheme? I am saving for a mortgage but at the same time I need my own space and can't rent and save at the same time. Any feedback appreciated

To be on HAP you need to be on the social housing list. With your income you would not get on the list. So no HAP.
