I roll a little driclor into my hands for a few nights. It's a little drying over time but blocks the sweats glands. It's like a semi permanent anti perspirant. You get it in pharmacies. Its a roll on and is about 12/13 euro.

+1 for Driclor. I used to have waterfalls for armpits and it fixed it. First few days/week of nightly application were a little tough with itchiness but I was probably too keen and over applied. About a year and a half later and I might apply it every three weeks or whenever I feel like it's getting a little damp. Never have had to use it on my hands but I'd imagine the results would be the same.
