Nissan primera egr valve

    Hi there could anyone point me in the right direction . I am looking for my egr valve on my nissan primera p12 1.6 petrol year 2005. Thanks

    Are you sure it has one and not just a plain (expensive) throttle body?
    The P11 definitely had them.

    I'm not seeing one listed on the Nissan EPC, which makes me doubt one is even present?

    Thanks I was told to clean the egr valve for nct test Can't if there's none cheers

    Petrol models don't tend to suffer much from EGR deposits unlike their diesel counterparts.
    Make sure the air filter is clean before the test and it should be fine if it has been running normally up to now.
    CO emissions are usually the main worry.

    Lambda sensors can deteriorate over time and mileage.
    Could still pass an NCT with those figures though.
