Just walked along Burlington Road, Dublin 4. There is a handful of people outside the SKY/Amazon building waving "No to Israel Apartheid"

    Checked google, couldn't find anything.

Is it just the monthly Israel outrage protest, or is there merit in their madness?

Some merit, but they are very selective in the countries they protest.

Imo, if you have Arab parties in your Knesset (Dail) it's not really apartheid.

Selective outrage by a hardy bunch of professional protestors. The ire is always towards Israel, while they roundly ignore things happening in places like Central Africa, Venezuala, even the Philippines. Looks like Hamas and the Israeli government are going to start talks again soon, so we should all hope that cool heads and pragmatists can try and resolve the entire mess over there.

See, that would be all well and good but you're not mentioning the laws which discriminate against non-jewish citizens and residents of Israel and and occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem which is upheld through military rule for one set of people living on the land and civilian rule for another, segregated roads and towns, the ability for illegally deployed soldiers and settlers to attack and murder natives with almost universal impunity, the demolition of villages and farms to make way for illegal settlements, the collective punishment of villages and families, the regular targeting of civil rights activists by military kangaroo courts with some of the highest conviction rates on the planet and on and on and on.

"Arabs in Israel are treated equally" is in itself a barefaced lie, but attempts to exclude the illegal occupation of Palestinian lands, the continued incitement of violence against Palestinians by senior Israeli civilian and military leaders, the blockade of gaza and 50 years of war crimes and human rights abuses from claims of the virtues of the Israeli state is a farce.

You expect this to be pragmatic?

    I'm still none the wiser.
Did Amazon or Sky support Israel hence the picketing?
    Is it because of Murdoch?
Protester chose a prominent Jews business to protest?

No tokens needed. At this stage, the only criteria is to have a good home to take him in. Seeing as how he's back on the dole with the plebs.

Actually, any home will do. Not necessarily a good one

Oh fully agree but we never see these people protesting about how badly Palestinian refugees are treated in Arab countries

Hell I don't even see posts on the internet about it

    Selective concern and selective protesting
