need help with mobile data signals

i dont have wifi and cant get it im 16 im using phones 4g for wifi tethered to my pc im on 3 network cuz its free all u can eat data buttt i got a problem 2 bars of 4g witch is ok for my use but i was wondering if i got a usb myfi that i can put a sim into and getting a second sim could i do a diy job on it and get rid of the usbs ****ty signel and wire in lets say a tv antenna would i be able to get a better signal now i know tv antennas are analog but surely wired into a digital signal it would be using the longer antenna i looked a while online but options are either expensive or not worth while or are click bate for views id say there are much better ideas in this forum id like sum feed back or ideas i dont mind wiring or anything im capable of it i just need a cheap option it took 24 hours to download a 40gb game so id like that to be rejused a little even if its not alot i cant take my phone with me cuz its used for wifi too download all my games

I currently don't have internet from an ISP and can't get it as I'm only 16. I'm using my phones 4G for wifi tethering to my pc.

I'm on the 3 network 'all you can eat' data but get only 2 bars of 4G which is ok for my use. I was wondering if I can get a usb myfi that I can put another sim into, and could I do a diy job on the myfi to somehow attach a TV ariel to get a better signal?

Any ideas?
