Please help! What is this citizen Quartz watch type?

Need help finding out this watch and its value. It is a family air lome I recently got. All the details are as follows; black centre face and gold/cream surroundings it has Roman numerals XII at 12 and VI at 6 and very small "Japan 4031-496989-Y at bottom of face square shaped, The has "CITIZEN WATCH CO. BASE METAL YP 4031-490321TA 806340 38-0261 JAPAN=>12" than sideways there is "67w 10" wrote, the number where the clock meets the wristband is "1806H". The watch is gold colour and the wrist band piece is metal unknown and appears like a fish scales design. Thanks any help appreciated

The best way to research prices on something like this is to look at Sold listings on Ebay (you need to ignore Completed listings as there are some things that will be there for eternity thanks to unrealistic asking prices). I don't see your exact watch and there's not much data there anyway but I'd say you're in the €5-25 range.
