    Lo all.
Does anyone know where you can buy 4k projectors on finance in ireland?

I've tried the usual places that do finance such as harvey norman, currys, power city etc but they only stock lower end and no 4k projectors at all.

Hifihut and richersounds do stock suitable ones, but they don't do finance.

Any suggestions on where else to look?

Take out a bank loan and get it from richersounds, or save up.

K, No bank so far will give a loan for this one, no problem for the last 3 projectors, but no where will loan for the price of a 4 k one. Car loan, no problem, home cinema, er, not a chance.

And I could save up, but why would anyone in their right mind want to save for years to buy something years from now if you can do the same and get it now for the same price per month from the right shop on finance, which Is what I'm asking for.

That's the Whole point of me asking if someone knows a place in Ireland that does finance for one. Why did you even post?

    Skate dude,

I'm not aware of anyone selling 4K projectors on finance in Ireland, and I suspect that's the rationale behind TinCool's response to you as the only practical way forward. I think that on reflection you might think better of your response to him - while you might be annoyed at the lack of options for you, this is a fairly civil place and I'd rather see it stay that way.

If your bank is not prepared to help, some Credit Unions are now a bit more liberal in their lending rules, you could try your local branch and see. If the current cost of 4K projectors is the main cause of the problem, the new Optoma DLP 4K projectors should be a lot more affordable (£2500 ish) and that might enable you to get going.
