    Where can I get this replaced in Dublin, how long does it take and how much is it likely to cost?

    Nobody ever had a battery replaced on an iPad...?

    How old is the iPad? If it's in warrantly you could try Apple Support? Or even see how much they'd charge.

    Failing that, a place called Celtic Repairs do it for 75.00. Not sure how reputable they are though.
