Additional fuel filter - fuel lines etc

I'm modding my fuel injected motorbike to bypass the integrated fuel filter that's attached to the fuel pump. This is a common mod for this bike due to clogging and the fact the filter only comes as part of the complete pump which costs almost €700.

The mod simply means cutting out a section of HP fuel hose after the pump and adding a new filter before the fuel rail but I have a couple of questions.

Do I have to get special HP fuel lines and if so, where can they be got or do I have to have a specialist make them?

Can anyone point me in the direction a high quality fuel filter I can use? Is there any such thing as a filter where you replace just the element?

This is a mod I've seen or read about on R1100\R1150 GS model. A web search will find some reports which should help.
Mahle are a good brand of filter. Standard substiute for the OEM filter on these beemer models. Mahle KL145 is the R1150GS filter. Available from some motor factors.
Fuel lines immersed in petrol need to be a special standard. Don't let any motor factors convince you basic HP fuel line will do.
