Problem with boiler

Hi everyone

we have bosh boiler, with eph 3 zone controller.

Recently we moved our boiler from one place to another , so we hired one plumber he came and did the wiring. I wasn't at the home and he got paid by my wife, to whom he said everything is working. Now he is not picking up the phone or responding to messages for last two weeks.

Now problem is when we switch on the boost button for hot water nothing happens , the boiler doesn't turn on?
I see before we had one orange colour thermostat on the hot water tank(300l 3 coil tank) is missing?

So what is the problem, water is now heated with the immersion all the time.
how to get it fixed, will it be costly?

Also if we want to replace , the controls with nest , do we have to buy three of the to control each zone?

If he couldn't do it right first time, there may be no point getting him back. It shouldn't be too difficult, or too expensive to rectify as long as it is relatively easy to get at the cable runs.
