my ewe lams lambed on May 10th. Their lambs are still suckling
My preference is to let the ram out on Sept 1st, but know this may not be possible

    What are my options here

What I would probably do in that situation is wean the lambs in mid-late August, and not let a Ram out with the Ewes maybe around the 1st of October.
If you are breeding Ewe lambs again next year, I wouldn't let the Ram out so late. We put the Ram out with the Ewe Lambs on the 1st October and let him run with them for 6 weeks.

when did the last one lamb, we'd wean yearlings when the youngest lamb was 10 to 11 weeks, then they'd get two mths on grass before the ram's let out,
If your lambs were min 10 weeks, you could wean and let the ewes dry off for a week, then feed them meal on good grass for a mth to help them recover.....They should blend in with the repeats of the main bunch then, ie the 15 sept
