Has anyone on here gotten or know someone who has gotten a place through UCAS clearing? I have applied and filled out everything but do not have a reference as of yet. Could someone explain in general how it works, would I still have a chance of getting in the UK if I waited until after CAO offers? Can I apply and receive…

Could someone explain in general how it works, would I still have a chance of getting in the UK if I waited until after CAO offers? Can I apply and receive an EU loan if i have waited this late? I would be so grateful of any replies, thank you.
