Mortgage Savers and EA Deposit

Hi All, We just recently won a bidding for a house and the Estate Agent is asking for a deposit of €10,000 to secure the property. I have a mortgage savers account with BOI. My question is, will the bank allow me to get the €10,000 from my mortgage savers? or is it a separate amount to be paid? Thanks Aven

You have instant access to your BoI Mortgage Saver regular saver account.

Who is your mortgage provider? Is it BoI? If so, are you looking to get the bonus on the BoI Mortgage Saver regular saver account?
