Ask her, and if she says she doesn't want anything then don't get her anything.

Lol Pickaroony you are very obviously single. OP, jewelry always goes down well, don't buy perfume it usually bores us women and we think it's an easy pick. Otherwise, anything that contributes to any hobby she has...

Some women do prefer to be asked. You're not all mental.

My girlfriend got what she asked for this year, which was nothing. Money was tight and she needed nothing at the time.

Get her a day and night in a hotel with a good spa. And on that night you go out on the batter with your buddies.
    Win win.

Like others have said what does she like, what are her hobbies? Books, events, concerts etc? Anywhere she'd like to go in Ireland? Music she likes?

Every time my missus mentions something that she'd like I make a note of it in my phone, and then when it comes to Christmas/birthdays I'm sorted and also if I just want to get her a little surprise. Then again I'm a woman so I'm considerate like that :pac:

The best present a guy could get me is a voucher for a spa treatment or take me away for a night to a fancy hotel.

Somewhere like the Farnham Estate in Cavan.

    A One4All voucher.

Nothing says "this probably covers some of the things you may have mentioned" like a One4All voucher.

This is what I did for a anniversary one time. Buy a lock and give the spare key as a present. To be more aesthetically pleasing buy, some chocolates and put them in a box with the spare key on top of them and maybe some flowers. You can write something like "This key will open something very exiting". And maybe for your next holiday you can surprise her with giving her the tickets locked in a box or something else locked in a box.

    Step 2. Get naked
Step 3. Get wrapping, make sure to cover yourself from head to toe.

Step 4. Tie a bow around waist.
Step 5. Wait patiently on her bed for her to arrive home from work.
