Changing flights charges

    Hi all,

I changed a flight with Aer Lingus yesterday and was charged €240 but I've since received an updated booking confirmation which only states €170.

This paragraph that I can't really make sense of follows:

"The ''Total'' figure above is a cumulative amount applicable to your booking reference to date and is not in addition to what you paid for your original booking. Please note this does not apply if you have only held your booking using Pricelock or Deposit payment options."

Anyone know if I've been overcharged or is everything ok?

170 was original flight cost and the extra 70 is the change fee?

Unfortunately, no. Original flight cost was €130.
