Bike theft

I parked my bike in east wall in the innovation park for 3 years, with no issue but my boss left his Harley outside the Londis and it was gone when he came back out, only had it a few months. The bike was found in sheriff st and he had to pay a small ransom for them to release it!!few hundred!!Iv seen many occasions as iv been driving east wall red for years now guys without helmets and gear etc on all sorts of bikes. personally speaking, iv never had or run into any problems there.
