All depends on size for the price, but I'd recommend not going used if you can manage it.
Been there and it's not worth the hassle, sometimes they are grand, but a lot of the time used tyres can have issues

I went to one of these places a couple of months ago and they said they were to be outlawed shortly on safety grounds. So I don't think you can get them any more.
