    Has anyone more up to date information on what happened after the dept went before the Oireachtas hearing?

    I think the time has come for an independent appeal system. At the moment if a farmer takes a case to court against the dep inspection regime he still faces legal costs even after winning. This system has to change, why should the dept be judge, jury and executioner?

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
