    Hi there
Apologies but I really have Googled this to death and to no avail. Would anyone have a marathon plan in Kms rather than miles? I refuse to convert!! It'll be my second DCM 😆

1 mile = ~ 1.6 KM round up or down.

I've had to convert loads, it's a real pain when it has speed sessions but it's either that or train in miles.

    Here's one.

Just google "marathon plan" site:.au and you should find plenty. That's how I found this one. And if you want more, refocus your search on other metricated English-speaking countries, e.g. .nz .ca etc.

Just move to minutes / hours.
It doesn't really matter a whole pile if you are doing 6k, 4M or 30 mins tempo (within reason of your training paces), once the plan progressively adds additional stress with the appropriate recovery.

I succumbed to miles in the end as every decent runner I talked to looked confused when I started talking about pace per km.
Also I find that the smaller numbers encourage me to go further, which is good when you are preparing for a marathon :)
